條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

1. 本會必須收到客戶的廣告費用後才會啟動客戶之戶口。

We will only activate your account after we receive your payment.

2. 如客戶沒有指定日期，客戶戶口的生效期由本會收到廣告費用當日開始計算。

The account will be started from the date we receive your payment if you do not have any specified date.

3. 客戶可於指定期限內刊登廣告 (計劃A: 一個月內刊登最多3個廣告；計劃B: 三個月內刊登4個廣告或以上)。刊登期限完結後，所有廣告均會被自動刪除。

You may upload recruitment within the “Post Duration” (Plan A ~ no more then 3 posts within 1 month; Plan B ~ 4 posts or more within 3 months). After the posting period, those posts will be automatically deleted.

4. 客戶只須在初次使用時登記一次『新用戶登記表』，如戶口過期後需再啟用，客戶只須遞交廣告費用 (即不需再登記『新用戶登記表』) ，本會將於收到費用後替閣下再次啟動戶口。

You only need to register once by filling the form “New Registration”. If you want to re-activate the account after it expired, all you need to do is to submit us the advertisement fee again. After we received the fee, we will re-activate the account.

5. 本會不會保證於同日刊登的廣告之先後次序。

HKJMA will not guarantee the sequence of the advertisements with the same posting date.

6. 本會有權保留所有廣告的刊登權利。

HKJMA reserves the right for launching advertisements.

7. 如有任何爭議，香港珠寶製造業廠商會有權保留最終之決定權。

In the case of any dispute, HKJMA reserves the right to make the final decision.
